The mind-body-spirit connection guides my life. Hi, I'm Cindy Cieslinski, a Mindset Coach who works with energy healing and specializes in transformation and alignment. I have a passion for activating and guiding people to awaken to their highest potential. I help to shine a light on limiting beliefs and patterns, which assist my clients in releasing their old story and creating a mindset shift into their new abundant story. They become empowered and gain clarity and confidence through lasting, positive change in their lives.

 
 
​I studied with the Quantum Success Coaching Academy and I'm a Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach in Buffalo, NY.  I'm also a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner since 2009. I owned a Holistic Boutique Gift Shop where I offered formal spiritual and self-growth workshops and classes.
Over the last 30+ years, I have educated, studied, worked with, and used many modalities of energy healing such as Reiki, Homeopathy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Chakra Balancing, Herbs, Essential Oils, Bach Flower Remedies, Crystals/Gemstones, Angel/Oracle/Tarot Cards, Feng Shui, Accelerated Energy Healing courses and seminars, Metaphysical and New Age studies. I implement a holistic way of life, continuously seeking out healthy living for the mind, body and spirit.
 
I love spending time with my daughters, grandchildren and dogs. I love the beach and traveling. My favorite pastimes are yoga, meditating, painting and music.
